Scafhold products are designed and manufactured as portable accessories.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours and measurements are accurate. However, due to differences between screens, lighting and manufacturing processes, slight variations may occur.

As our products are manufactured using printing processes, minor differences in texture, surface finish, layer lines or colour may occur. These variations are part of the manufacturing process and do not affect the function of the product.

We reserve the right to update product designs, colours, packaging or specifications without notice.

Limited edition products and colourways may only be available while stocks last and may not be restocked.

3. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using Scafhold products appropriately and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Scafhold does not promote, encourage or endorse the use of illegal substances.

Our products are sold as accessories only. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchase and use complies with the laws applicable to them.

Products contain small components, including magnets, and should be kept away from young children.

4. Ordering From Us

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted once we confirm dispatch of your products.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:

  • Products are unavailable

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

  • We suspect fraudulent activity

  • We are unable to fulfil the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be completed before orders are processed.

We accept payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during checkout is accurate.

6. Pre-Orders

Some products may be available through pre-order.

When placing a pre-order:

  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only.

  • Manufacturing or delivery delays may occasionally occur.

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact customers with an update.

If you no longer wish to proceed with a pre-order, please contact us. Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

7. Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the UK and internationally.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. However, we will assist with investigating any lost, damaged or delayed parcels.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or taxes applied by their country.

8. Returns and Refunds

Your legal rights are protected under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For eligible online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless an exception applies.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Returned items must:

  • Include original packaging where possible

9. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases are subject to separate pricing and terms agreed between Scafhold Ltd and the wholesale customer.

Wholesale customers must not:

  • Alter Scafhold products without permission

  • Misrepresent Scafhold products

  • Use Scafhold branding without approval

Wholesale orders may have different minimum quantities, payment terms and delivery arrangements.

10. Intellectual Property

All Scafhold branding, logos, product names, designs, images, photographs, videos and website content belong to Scafhold Ltd unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our intellectual property without written permission.
